1. About Our Crystals

All of our crystals are 100% natural (accessories excluded) and sourced from around the world. We encourage you to follow your intuition when choosing your crystal. You may use it for meditation, home décor, or as a meaningful gift.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the natural properties of crystals, each piece may vary slightly in color, pattern, and texture. These unique differences are what make your crystal truly one of a kind. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a significant defect.

• If your order qualifies for a refund, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

• Refunds take approximately 10–14 business days to process after the item has been returned.

• All items must be returned in their original packaging. Any items showing signs of wear or damage will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

3. Damaged Items

We package all crystal bracelets with the utmost care. However, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives seriously damaged, please email us with photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide you with a suitable solution.
