- Place the crystal under sunlight for 4 hours.
- Place the crystal under moonlight, with the full moon providing the best energy absorption.
- Rinse under tap water or a stream for 10 seconds (note: not all crystals are suitable for water contact).
- Use burning sage, palo santo sticks, or other incense to smudge the crystal in a clockwise direction for 30 seconds.
- Use clear quartz to cleanse the crystal for 4 hours or longer.
- Bury the crystal in salt for 24 hours.

All of our crystals are 100% natural (accessories excluded) and sourced from around the world. We encourage you to follow your intuition when choosing your crystal. You may use it for meditation, home décor, or as a meaningful gift.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the natural properties of crystals, each piece may vary slightly in color, pattern, and texture. These unique differences are what make your crystal truly one of a kind. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a significant defect.
- If your order qualifies for a refund, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- Refunds take approximately 10–14 business days to process after the item has been returned.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging. Any items showing signs of wear or damage will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
3. Damaged Items
We package all crystal bracelets with the utmost care. However, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives seriously damaged, please email us with photos of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide you with a suitable solution.
